Industry Professional Volunteer / Materials Donation Application

We thank you for your interest in our organization and appreciate any help you may provide. The founders of Construct Relief at Think Design Architecture and All Renovation Construction will be providing services such as architectural drawings and construction management at no cost for the re-building of homes for Hurricane Sandy victims. In addition to those services the foundation will also be coordinating with design and build professionals and companies who are willing to donate materials and services for our efforts.

Although at this time we have not decided which homes Construct Relief will be re-building, we are asking for design and build industry professionals who are interested in volunteering services or donating materials to complete the online application below in its entirety.
